A: Yes, we do! We now offer pickup from our address: 19 Matheson St VIRGINIA QLD 4014. If you would like to pick up all you need to do is give us a call on 07 3633 0000 and we will take your order and let you know when it will be ready. We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekend pickups can be arranged just let us know when you call.

A: The DMO Brewing Co offers free shipping Australia wide for all our mini keg combinations. If you are after something other than our combo kits which include free shipping in the purchase price, please give us a call on 07 3633 0000 and we will work out the best way to get it to you.

A: No, The DMO Brewing Co does not ship internationally.

A: We have tried to make the choice of our mini keg combinations reasonably straight forward, but we strongly suggest checking your order before confirming and processing your payment. Unfortunately, The DMO Brewing Co does not take responsibility of any incorrect or incompatible items you choose to order or any or items identified as not in stock.

A: Unfortunately, that’s not good as we are unable to change the delivery address once you have confirmed your order unless we receive an email from you prior to your order being dispatched. If it’s too late we may be able to provide you with the relevant information to contact Australia Post so you can arrange a redirection at your own expense.

Please note*** The complete combinations need to travel by road due to the bulbs of 16g Co2 included in the shipment so these must travel by normal post.

We will endeavour to process and ship your mini keg combination on the same day if your order is received before 3pm Brisbane time. Any orders after this time will leave the following day. Please note if you choose to order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process on the next business day.

A: Anywhere Australia Post Delivers and where you or a person you know can accept delivery.

The DMO Brewing Co does not take responsibility of your package if you enter a delivery address that is incompatible for the delivery service or if the package is left at a delivery address unattended or released to a person or persons unknown to you.

The time it takes to get your order depends on your location and the option you decide on at the checkout. We use Australia Post exclusively and their standard delivery times apply. Please remember if you are in a remote area, it may take a bit longer.

A: the short answer is no. Currently; we offer our mini keg combinations for sale on our website or at our Virginia outlet, available stock permitting. That said if you are willing to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit on any order combination, we will gladly place it to one side for you. This offer applies to our retail and trade customers.

To place a pre order please call us to discuss your requirements and payment options.

An email notification will be sent to all our customers who have opted to receive such correspondence once we receive our new stock orders. This will include any special or new products we think you might enjoy and find useful.
