Sometimes products need to be returned due to manufacturing faults or other reasons beyond our control so please have a look at our terms and conditions regarding our returns policy.
We personally test our mini regulators prior to packaging and inspect each order before it is dispatched. It is very rare but sometimes there may be something we missed or left out.
If that is the case or your shipment was damaged in transit, please complete the adjoining form and if you can provide photos, videos or both that would be a great help in getting things sorted as quickly as possible.
