- The Terms and Conditions below stipulate the terms and conditions for sales directly from The DMO Brewing Co. (ABN: 40406476230) at 19 Matheson St VIRGINIA QLD 4014 or www.dmobrewing.com.au
- If a mini keg, growler, or liquid dispensing combination has been purchased from one of our distributors, then there is the possibility that different terms and conditions may apply.
- Access to and use of this website and the products available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the website, you are acknowledging that you have read and are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated, suspended or terminated by the DMO Brewing Co without notice in the DMO Brewing Co’s absolute and unrestricted discretion.
Pricing:
- All pricing is subject to change and is updated accordingly. Our advertised retail prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) All wholesale prices excluded GST.
- Sale items will only be available at the lower price whilst stocks last and during the designated sale period.
- We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices and availability of products on the DMO Brewing Co website are accurate and correct at the time of publishing online. However, we do reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made where the published information was incorrect.
- Shipping via Australia Post is Free within Australia when purchasing a complete DMO Brewing Co dispensing system from our website.
- The DMO Brewing Co reserves the right to provide quotations for postage in the event products other than our range of dispensing system combinations are purchased. I.e., spare parts.
Changing your order:
- Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and the order has been received by our warehouse for processing it is not possible to change the order.
Incorrect Stock Availability:
If a dispensing system is accidentally oversold (IE customer has purchased an item(s) that has displayed as ‘in stock’ but is not in reality in stock). The customer will be contacted as soon as The DMO Brewing Co staff find they are unable to process the order. We will then offer the following:
- cancel the whole order and provide a full refund.
- holding a small deposit should the customer wish to place the system on back order.
- The customer will be advised of wait times to make an informed decision.
Delivery:
- The DMO Brewing Co does not take responsibility of your package if you enter a delivery address that is incompatible for the delivery service or if the package is left at a delivery address unattended or released to a person or persons unknown to you.
- The time it takes to get your order depends on your location and the option you decide on at the checkout. We use Australia Post exclusively and their standard delivery times apply. Please remember if you are in a remote area, it may take a bit longer.

- Please ensure that when entering the delivery address for your order; especially where orders are addressed to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have left our warehouse. - Where the billing address details are different from the shipping address, please ensure permission is obtained for the disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act for third party recipients.

- Where an order is returned to us as insufficiently addressed, unclaimed or refused we will contact you by email to try and rectify the situation. Please note that additional delivery charges and surcharges will apply to have the order resent.
- Although unlikely but it is possible that cartons are lost or stolen. Please contact Australia Post using this link. https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items Please keep us informed during the process and we will assist where we can.
- In the unlikely event your order is damaged when it arrives it is important that you notify us of the damaged goods within the first 7 days. If the goods are not reported as being damaged within the first 7 days the DMO Brewing Co reserves the right not to replace or refund the goods.
Secure Payments:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Direct Deposit.
- Should confirmation of your payment not appear between placing your order and payment being made, your items will be placed on hold for 5 business days, after which time we will try and contact you. If payment is not received the order will be cancelled.
- By choosing to place an order with us, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the Terms of Service contained herein. The DMO Brewing Co. may accept or reject your order at its sole discretion at any point up until the order is dispatched. For example, but not limited to, if the payment method appears fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel the order and customer account details.
- No credit card details are stored on our servers. If you make a payment through our site we use 2048 bit encryption to pass your credit card details to NAB to process your payment.
Returns and Refunds:

If you decide that you have purchased the product in error or simply just change your mind you can send it back to The DMO Brewing Co for a refund less the cost of shipping. Processing refunds generally takes 2 to 3 business days, and you will be kept informed if there are any delays.
Conditions:
- The item must be returned unused and in the original and unopened packaging.
- Original condition and packaging imply just that. Please do not stick or write anything on the item itself or the packaging.
- The customer agrees to pay the cost the postage back to 19 Matheson St VIRGINIA QLD 4014
- As the cost of shipping was included in the original purchase price the customer accepts that this expense is not recoverable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the original purchase price.
- Should any of the above conditions not be met, The DMO Brewing Co reserves the right to not accept the return and discuss a partial refund or the return the items back to the customer.
- Any second hand or discounted promotional products that you purchase (such as second hand or blemished kegs) are not refundable and not returnable.
The item is damaged or the description on the website does not match your purchased item.
Upon delivery, please check that all is as it should be. If your shipment has been damaged in transit contact Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items. If it shows signs of poor quality or does not match the description on the website please let The DMO Brewing Co know in writing via email within 7 days.
Once we receive your email, we will offer the following options to quickly resolve your claim.
Options:
- If any fault has been identified and The DMO Brewing CO has been contacted via email and made aware of the fault within 7 days of receiving the goods, the customer will be given the option to return the shipment for a refund on the product(s) excluding freight. To reduce the risk of further damage on the journey back to us the item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- The DMO Brewing Co would endeavour to solve any manufacturing or part faults quickly without the need to send complete systems backward and forwards, this means that if a part fault has been identified and needs replacing, we will send a new part to resolve the issue.
- Please note that while we have tried to represent the colour and textures of all of our advertised products to the best of our ability in all of the images on this website. Colours and textures may vary from product to product and will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
Returns after 7 Days:
- In the unlikely event your DMO Brewing Co mini keg combination or dispensing system stops working as it should after 7 days of receiving the goods and using them, the product will need to be returned to The DMO Brewing Co warehouse for assessment. This process could take up to 2 to 3 business days after receiving the shipment and once completed will determine if the product will be returned, repaired, replaced, or refunded offered.
Refunds or Replacements:
- Only when our warehouse has received the returned order packed securely and in good condition can we consider any refunds or replacements.
- Please be advised, if you continually use your dispensing system or try and rectify a problem yourself after any defect becomes apparent, you waive your rights under these terms and conditions and accept the items as they are. We cannot return for either refund or offer replacement on such items, including but not limited to any hardware and consumables, such as lubes, cleaning agents etc.
Shipments | Pickups
If your DMO Brewing Co dispensing System was picked up from our store in VIRGINIA QLD 4014 then for a return, repair, replacement, or refund offer to be considered your complete purchase needs to be dropped back off to The DMO Brewing Co warehouse. Please advise by email.
- Any returned items under warranty must be delivered to or warehouse same way as the order was originally purchased. I.e., if you have an item that was collected from our Virginia store, you need to bring the item back, we do not offer postage to facilitate this type of return. If your purchase originally arrived to you by Australia Post, we can make arrangements for it to be posted back to us.
- In the event we need to get it posted back, we will take care of the delivery costs and bookings but will require the customer to adequately package the item, print out the required labels and take it to an Australia Post office.
- Please ensure all items to be returned are packaged securely. If there is damage to any items due to inadequate packaging, this will void any warranty claim and result in any postage costs being passed on to the customer.
Warranty Period:
- The standard warranty period for all DMO Brewing Co products is a default twelve (12) months unless otherwise specifically listed in the item description. This is offered by The DMO Brewing Co as a retailer and is not a guarantee under Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”). The normal and standard guarantees exist under Australian law as they exist under the ACL and common law and The DMO Brewing Co has no intention of excluding them.
How to Lodge a Warranty Claim:
- To lodge a warranty claim with a DMO Brewing Co purchase from our website www.dmobrewing.com.au please send all relevant information plus your order number through our link on the website.
- To lodge a warranty claim with a DMO Brewing Co purchase from our Virginia QLD store send all relevant information plus your order number through our link on the website.
Warranty Coverage:
- For warranty claims coverable by DMO Brewing Co, we will cover any and all costs associated with the process of returning and redelivering the item after successful repair to the claimant. We reserve the right to replace, repair or offer full or partial refund for the item at our own discretion, pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law’s as they appear in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”). If a warranty-covered fault/defect is found, all costs associated with the repair/refund/replacement, including freight both ways, will be covered by The DMO Brewing Co.
- Standard warranty does not extend to products purchased and used for on selling and hiring out to third parties. Please note too, consumer guarantees as they appear in the “ACL” are further limited in instances of on selling and hiring out.
- Warranty on consumables extends only to faults in packaging and product condition. Warranty cannot be claimed with dissatisfaction from the results of using the product. I.e., your dispensing equipment was not cleaned thoroughly enough.
- Warranty from The DMO Brewing Co does not apply to items taken overseas and used outside of Australia; any parts or services needed under warranty in such instances must have all shipping organised and funded to and from by the claimant.
- Modifications causing defect void warranty to the extent that the modification caused or potentially contributed to the defect, as determined by The DMO Brewin Co. Modification to items will also limit the forms of remedy we will be able to provide at our discretion (i.e., we do not offer any replacement of items that have been modified, damaged, or altered by the user.
- Warranty attaches to the items themselves only. Warranty does not cover loss of compressed gas or fluid due to the user’s failure to check their system for leaks. The DMO Brewing Co provides hardware that becomes the user’s responsibility to ensure has been installed appropriately for the application.
- Warranty naturally does not cover defect, damage, or failure due to fatigue or wear and tear. Unreasonably strenuous or extended usage in situations not conceived by The DMO Brewing Co when offering the warranty may not be covered if in all the circumstances it would be considered unreasonable to the fair-minded person.
Warranty Exclusions and Disclaimers
Items returned to be assessed for repair/replacement under warranty must be returned to The DMO Brewing Co in the same manner as they were originally purchased and delivered. Customer pickup orders must be dropped off in-person to our warehouse and we will not make arrangements to have it picked up or shipped.
If the item is assessed:
- not to be faulty upon thorough testing by our technicians.
- as working fine
- as an issue arising due to user error.
- as not being maintained correctly.
we reserve the right to pass on all costs of freight originally incurred by us to the claimant. Additionally, all costs to re-deliver the products in question will need to be paid for prior to re shipping by the claimant.
Loosing Liquid/Gas to Leaks
The DMO Brewing Co is not responsible for lost liquids or gas, or any other consumables caused by leaks or faulty items. All mini kegs, growler combinations and beer dispensing equipment supplied by The DMO Brewing Co must be tested systematically before each use and maintained correctly over the lifetime of the product.
Checking threads, hose joins, taps, seals, regulators and disconnects before leaving the system unattended or under pressure is the responsibility of the owner/operator of the dispensing system.
Maintaining good seals and ensuring your dispensing system is working correctly is the user’s responsibility. All dispensing systems will require important seals and springs to be replaced after continuous use. Checking these items is extremely important and if not performed regularly it is considered not safe to leave the mini keg system unattended or under pressure.
IMPORTANT
When returning items, please make sure to include your order number and a note with the reason of return so we can identify the return straight away otherwise it may cause delays.
Please note, you must contact us via our website before you make the return and any returned item sent to us by COD will be rejected. If an exchange is not available, credit will be granted or product of similar or equal value will replace the original items under your agreement.
